PSA: Mediacom is having a nationwide outage with their activation service right now. Basically don’t reboot your modem and you’ll be fine.

@TiVoSupport Mediacom customer with Tivo boxes. Do you have beta testers testing any of these new software updates? The Tivo+ experience is absolutely painful! Not to mention the nearly daily reboots just to get tivo box up and running.Could you please step your game up...

I stopped being a @MediacomCable customer in college, 10 years ago because of their extremely poor customer service, their manipulative sales practices, and consistent outages. I literally pay for slower internet to avoid being a Mediacom customer. And frankly never been happier.

The sad thing is down the road my mother has an upload 4x what I get with mediacom but yet I pay 3x more for higher speed. I have switched to other modems and routers with the same result so I am convinced this is throttling at this point.

Once again though it was Mediacom that ruined the stream tonight. I really wish I could have an ISP that didn't cut out every half hour or so.

@MediacomSupport Internet unusable in Ottawa, IL. Outages and drops in coverage every ten minutes. Household has members needing stable connection for work and school, and this has been ongoing for over a week. Pitiful service.

@MediacomSupport Sometime btween 6 & 10 o'clock tonite I lost ability to record on TIVO. It says TIVO Service interupted..Go to TiVo Central.. I don't see anything that says TiVo Central..how do I get that??
